Dialer Setup

Setup:

SETUP MUST BE DONE FROM THE REALVOLVE ACCOUNT OWNER’S LOGIN

  1. Go to Settings > Dialer
  2. Click on ACTIVATE then confirm the activation by answering YES
  3. Turn ON the  Enable / Disable your Dialer service
  4. Select your Default Phone number to connect with Realvolve
  5. Optionally change the Wait Time for Connection to 60 seconds. (defaults to 30)
  6. Click the Call Recording Tab
  7. Place a check in Record calls (NOTE: Please check laws in your area on 2 party consent requirements)
