3 Core Databases
- Realvolve is designed to collect and use information from your real estate business to make you more productive. The system uses 3 main databases
- Contacts, Properties, and Transactions. Making sure that you enter the appropriate information into the correct database is key to having a properly functioning CRM
- The Contact Database holds your past and current clients, leads, other real estate agents as well as vendors that you do business with like photographers, inspectors, attorneys, and title and escrow officers.
- The Property Database holds information on each of your personal listings including basic listing data, important dates, and people that are involved with the listing.
- And then the Transaction Database holds all the contract to close information for any of your listings where you represent the seller and the buyer, as well as any active buyers with a Buyer Agreement.
- Contacts, Properties, and Transactions. Making sure that you enter the appropriate information into the correct database is key to having a properly functioning CRM
When getting started, the first thing you should do is get all your contacts into the database and clean up any duplicates that may have occurred when importing from multiple locations. This will take some time, but your efforts will pay off in the long run.
