Workflows & Templates

  • Realvolve is best known for its Workflow system to automate daily processes and increase productivity.  When designing your own workflows it’s important to understand that each workflow can be used with ONE of the 3 core databases, either Contact, Property or Transaction.   Additionally, any template used with the workflow should be assigned the same core database as the workflow. The primary purpose of this selection is to access the correct database fields in Activity Due Dates, Checklists and Template Merge Fields.
    • Contact Database is used with Contact Workflows and Contact Templates
    • Property Database is used with Property Workflows and Property Templates
    • Transaction Database is used with Transaction Workflows and Transaction Templates
